The Practice Team & Their Qualifications
 | | Dr Marina Humphrey | Dentist | | B.D.S. (N´CLE) | Marina joined the dental team in Parchment Street in 2000. She has worked mainly in general practice for nearly 25 years having qualified from Newcastle University Dental School in 1987. Marina has a comprehensive and broad understanding of the various aspects of dentistry having also worked in Oral Surgery and Orthodontics at Basingstoke Hospital and the Community Dental Services treating patients with dental phobia and other patients with mental and physical disabilities.
Marina is always interested in new techniques and keeping up to date, having completed a one year course in restorative dentistry at the University of Manchester in 2004.
When Marina is not working or looking after her family, she fills her time walking her beloved dogs. She is also, actively involved with the Chesil Theatre, of which she has been a member for nearly 25 years.

|  | | Dr Nicola McCormick | Dentist | | B.D.S. (QUB) | Dr Nicola McCormick qualified at Queens University in Belfast. She is very experienced in the fields of Oral Surgery and Restorative Dentistry and has a special interest in Cosmetic Dentistry and Orthodontics. Nicola also has a young family and her hobbies include tennis (representing Ireland at British, European and World Student Games Championships), cookery and walking. |
|  | | Dr Christopher Manlow | Dentist | | BDS (Lond), MRGDP (UK), MGDS RCS (Eng) | Christopher qualified from Guy´s Dental Hospital in 1989, and has had experience in all fields of general practice since, including military, community, teaching hospital and private settings. He has further qualifications from the Royal College of Surgeons reflecting his special interest in general practice dentistry, and is shortly due to be assessed as a Fellow of the Royal College. He enjoys continuing to develop and add to his dentistry skills, and maintains memberships in the British Dental Association, British Society for General Dental Surgery, British Society of Restorative Dentistry, Faculty of General Dental Practice of the Royal College of Surgeons, and the British Dental Health Foundation. He has recently also trained in non-surgical facial cosmetics. Providing practical solutions for dental health is a passion with him, as is seeing his patients´ mouths transformed in health, function and beauty. Away from dentistry, Christopher enjoys spending time with his family, the classics and running. |
